장류진 소설집 《연수》 표지 컬래버레이션

일본 도쿄를 기반으로 활동하는 아티스트 타쿠 반나이가 도서출판 창비에서 출간된 장류진 작가의 신작 소설집 《연수》의 표지 작업을 진행했습니다. 장류진 작가는 첫 소설집 《일의 기쁨과 슬픔》(창비, 2019)으로 10만 독자의 마음을 사로잡으며 인기 작가로 자리매김했는데요. 지난 6월 23일에 출간된 그의 두 번째 소설집의 표제작은 《제11회 젊은작가상 수상작품집》에 수록되었던 〈연수〉입니다. 타쿠 반나이의 작품 〈Over 120km〉는 운전 연수를 소재로 한 신간의 표제작과 자연스럽게 어우러지며 소설에서 전하고자 하는 메시지를 시각적으로 표현하고 있습니다. 장류진 작가의 마음을 빼앗은 타쿠 반나이의 매력적인 작품을 이제 서점에서도 만나볼 수 있습니다.
Taku Bannai, an artist based in Tokyo, worked on the cover of Jang Ryu-jin's new novels collection 《Yeonsu》 published by Changbi. Author Jang Ryu-jin captured the hearts of 100,000 readers with her first collection of novels, The Joy and Sorrow of Work (Changbi, 2019), and established herself as a popular writer. The title of his second collection of novels, published on June 23rd, is 〈Training〉, which was included in 《The 11th Young Writers Award Winning Works》. Taku Bannai's work 〈Over 120km〉 naturally harmonizes with the headline of a new book about driving training, visually expressing the message she wants to convey in the novel. The charming work of Taku Bannai, who already stole the heart of Jang Ryu-jin, is now available at bookstores.
