Jessica is an artist based in Portland. Informed and inspired by color sensation, and minimalism, she has developed a hybrid of painting, drawing, and collage to create her own unique style. The core of Jessica's practice is her belief that art can change the way we see, think, and feel. Jessica creates space for contemplation, comfort, and connection through the structural combination of sensuous colors. The combination of the first drop of color that begins to dye the screen, the gradation that changes little by little, and the new sense of color created by different areas intersecting, gives a unique sense of space to the flat screen. It touches the emotions of everyone in front of the work.
